SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Your order is processed without delay. Below is a guideline for delivery.
Orders under 50 cookies: 5-7 business days
Orders of 50-100 cookies: 7-10 business days
Orders of 100+ cookies: 10-12 business days
PROCESSING: Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
PAYMENT METHOD: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, money orders and cash (c.o.d. for local deliveries only). Orders paid by personal check, cash or money order must be received by Fortunate Cookies prior to shipment of order.
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. Shipping is approximately 15% of order cost based on the size of total order. During summer months, additional charges may apply for ice packs and perishable shipping containers. Please inquire.
SALES TAX: Of course we must add the appropriate California State Sales Tax to all orders within California.
RETURNS: Please notify us immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We will make arrangements for the return and replacement or credit to your account.

VERY VITAL INFORMATION:
*Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Call us within 24 hours for Customer Service if there is any problem at all! We take great care in getting your Fortunate Cookies to you in perfect condition. We pack each order generously with both bubble wrap and styro peanuts. Our shipping boxes are labeled with "Fragile" and "Protect From Heat" warnings. In addition, we track each order and diligently follow through on our end to be sure your order has been delivered. Please remember: These are perishable food items and need to be cared for properly upon receipt. We must hear from you within 24 hours of delivery if there is any problem with your order. Fortunate Cookies Company will not be responsible for mishandled or improperly stored cookies after delivery.

FRAGILE- PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE! We hand dip Fortunate Cookies in rich, dark chocolate. They are EXTREMELY sensitive to heat and sunshine! They need to be kept in a cool environment…not the refrigerator… but certainly out of the sun and away from any direct heat source! The chocolate will melt if exposed to heat. Please call us to discuss the details if you are concerned about transportation, storage or proper temperature.
Store in a cool, dry place. Optimal temperature should be under 78 degrees. And that being done, your savory cookies will be very content and give you a shelf life of up to three weeks!
